How much does delivery Cost?

We offer standard shipping on all products at a flat rate of $9.95 per order.   

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99.

Express shipping available at flat rate of $19.95

Where do you ship to?

We deliver Australia-wide, but unfortunately we don't ship outside of Australia.  We can however deliver gifts within Australia to the friends and family of our international customers.

Is shipping tracked?

Yes, shipping is tracked and you will receive email notifications at various stages of the delivery process including when your parcel is ready for delivery, in transit, and confirmation once it has been delivered.

 

What happens if I’m not home when my parcel is delivered and I miss the delivery?

Some parcels require signature on delivery.  If you would like to allow ‘Authority to leave’ parcel at your front door without a signature, please specify this in the additional comments at checkout.

If a parcel cannot be delivered on the first attempt, it will either be delivered to a nearby location for collection or made available for a free redelivery.

 

How do I organise a redelivery?

If your parcel is scanned by the courier as available for re-delivery, you will receive an email notification. 

This email notification will include the information required to arrange a redelivery - all you need to do is follow the instructions in the email, or in the card that has been left on the premises.

Note: It is important that you book a redelivery within the timeframe stated in the email, or on the card. This is because the parcel will be returned to the sender after the stated timeframe. 

 

How do I collect my parcel from a collection point if I wasn’t home to receive the delivery at home?

The most common collection locations are news agencies, convenience stores & secure lockers.

You will receive a card left by the courier, with instructions on where and how to collect.

Note: It is important that you collect within the timeframe stated in the email, or on the card. This is because the parcel will be returned to the sender after the stated timeframe. 

 

 

RETURNS

Can I refund my product if I change my mind?

Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if you change your mind, we are happy for you to return your product/s for a full refund (minus the shipping cost of the original order).

Please note that you will need to arrange return postage of your product at your own cost.  Please ensure your product is packaged safely to ensure that it is returned in its original condition.

The refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned product and subject to inspection of the product to ensure it is in its original condition.

To arrange a product return, please send us an email within one month of your purchase date to Littlesotty@gmail.com with your purchase receipt details.  We will then let you know where to send your product to.

 

Can I exchange my product?

Rather than exchange, it is easier to give you a refund (refer refund policy above) so that you can repurchase as you please.
